I work WITH you, using a blend of advanced hands-on techniques, and guided intuitively, to bring balance to both the physical body as well as the mind and promote overall well-being.
Stretching, guided-meditations, park run and trail running are my sanity-savers, and I hugely value my own down-time, managing my stress levels with regular exercise & regular hands-on-therapy. I relish being able to support others to do the same by offering stress management treatments alongside the sports therapy."
