Kirsty is a free-lance , fully qualified tutor & assessor for Massage, Sports Massage and Anatomy & Physiology. Bringing her wealth of knowledge and 20 years of professional experience into the classroom to share, she is passionate about her subject, enthusiastic to share her knowledge and aims to support learners fully in their learning journey.
Her teaching style is relaxed, friendly, supportive and thorough - covering the syllabus fully and in a way that relates to the reality of life as a professional, working therapist. Focusing on student centred learning, Kirsty makes sessions interactive and fun to cover the required syllabus but goes beyond syllabus expectations so learners graduate as well rounded, clinically reasoning and confident therapists.

Teaching Experience
In academic years 14/15 and 15/16, Kirsty lectured undergraduate students on the Sports Therapy and Sports Science Degree pathways. Teaching on the Functional Anatomy, and the Massage modules at London Met University, acting as Module lead in 2015/16, she was involved with Lecture planning, writing & delivery, mock exam paper writing & marking / Final exam invigilation & marking / planning & delivering clinical practical massage sessions & running interactive Functional Anatomy tutorial sessions.

She is currently the Anatomy & Physiology Tutor and Level 3 & 4 Sports Massage tutor with Sussex School of Natural Therapies, writing & delivering sessions to cover the VTCT syllabus for this popular Brighton based Massage & Complementary Therapy training school.
