"As a busy individual myself, I understand the importance of avoiding injury where possible, and rehabilitating effectively should injury occur.
I like to run (usually in circles after my kids) and dance. Moving meditation, somatic work & being outside are my sanity-savers. I appreciate both the physical and mental benefits of keeping active, so understand how disruptive injury & pain can be and therefore my main aim is to support you to keep doing what you love.
